This application is for staff members to log any questions or queries they need the Forum Members to bring up at future meetings, they can also log in and see updates and progress on their specific topic via kanban functionality. it also has a you said we did section

This application holds all the access card numbers for my area and has the relevant persons name / agency logged against it. It has the functionality to update the card User as and when staff members leave, and if a person leaves and we log it on this app, then it contacts the Health and Safety manager straight away so he can put a block on that specific card, this helps cut out the security risk of people entering the building without permission.

When we get new staff members we add their names to this application along with the relevant agency they work for and which shift they are working on. This links to other applications where a staff members name needs assigning to something.
